&#8226；為客戶提供公司產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)支持，包括售前方案、技術(shù)交流和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試等
&#8226；新產(chǎn)品的部署
&#8226；為研發(fā)部門收集用戶對(duì)公司產(chǎn)品的需求
&#8226；配合銷售人員完成產(chǎn)品銷售中的技術(shù)交流工作

崗位要求:
&#8226； 計(jì)算機(jī)/通信或相關(guān)專業(yè)
&#8226； 24個(gè)月以上通信行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有12個(gè)月以上產(chǎn)品技術(shù)支持（或）售前技術(shù)支持工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
&#8226；具有較強(qiáng)的文檔寫作能力，有豐富的客戶技術(shù)交流經(jīng)驗(yàn)
&#8226；熟悉TCP/IP協(xié)議及通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識(shí)；熟悉WAP、MMS、KJAVA、SMS、LBS等移動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)
&#8226；熟悉GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)，優(yōu)先考慮有移動(dòng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化經(jīng)驗(yàn)者
