急！！xlC 編譯提示1501-230，求教各位高~手

IBM主機新裝的編譯器，xlC是一個鏈接文件，指向xlc文件。簡單的hello world程序xlC xlc均可編譯成a.out 但在其中加入類的聲明則xlC xlc均編譯失敗。
程序例　example.C：
#include < string.h>;
#include < stdio.h>;

int dwInt;

struct y{
  int i;
};

class x{
  int m;
};

int main(){
        //x tmp_class;

        printf("hello\n";

        return 1;
}

編譯：
>;xlC example.C
錯誤信息：
TOBEY: Incompatible Intermediate Language Level Detected:  250, expected 270
xlC: 1501-230 Internal compiler error; please contact your Service Representative
以xlc -+ -c example.C -o example編譯，得到同樣的錯誤結(jié)果。

首次用xlC,不知哪里出了問題,請教各位高手
