Responsibility
o Works with little or no supervision. Is able to take general direction and formulate specific tasks to accomplish the desired end result.
o Responsible for the design, development and implementation of complete software components.
o Anticipates problems and future technical needs and takes necessary corrective steps to ensure they are addressed.
o Is looked upon to offer direction, guidance and mentoring to lesser skilled individuals on the team.
o Develop the feature to meet the customer requirement with high quality.
o Research, troubleshoot and solve complex customer software field issues under tight schedule.
o Identify and suggest solutions to problems of significant scope.
o Communicate and collaborate among cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
o Prioritize and manage multiple assignments under minimal supervision.
Qualifications
o Years of hands-on experience in C\C++ on Unix/Linux or Windows platform, both are preferred.
o Experience with one or more programming skills in shell/Perl/PHP/Java.
o Solid understanding of multi-threading and synchronization, data structure, algorithm, networking, STL(Standard Template Library).
o Strong problem solving ability and willing to take challenges.
o Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
o Good team player.
o Storage/Database/Backup software development experience is a plus.
o Software performance tuning experience is a plus.
o Agile experience is preferred. |
