Job Description
        Applicants must have solid, hands on experience building modern high scale enterprise software. They must have solid hands on experience developing in Java and familiar with frameworks and libraries like Spring, Grails, Groovy, Quartz, Google Collection, Aspect-J, etc. Experience on Lucene/Solr/ICU and native XML database will be a good plus.

Responsibilities
        Be part of an engineering team building Documentum enterprise search software
        Work on new features to improve quality-of-search and lucene-based full-text index
        Improve product performance and scalability
        Support existing enterprise search customers. Build diagnostic and troubleshooting tools

Basic requirements:
        3+ years of software development experience
        Hands on experience building Java-based enterprise software at scale
        Hands on experience with XML related Java technologies, such as Xpath, XSLT, Xquery, DOM/SAX/StAX
        Proven collaboration skills in highly technical engineering teams
        BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or equivalent preferred from a highly-regarded accredited institution

Preferred background and skills:
        Experience using Apache Lucene/Solr/ICU and related analyzers and components
        Experience with Natural Language Processing, understand common algorithms and toolkits, such as UIMA
        Familiarity Java/Groovy, Spring/GWT
        Experience participating in agile development in a software as service environment
