Customer Service Manager 客戶服務(wù)經(jīng)理
Responsibilities:
-合理分配區(qū)域內(nèi)工程師的業(yè)務(wù)
-協(xié)調(diào)各區(qū)域以及工廠的服務(wù)內(nèi)容
-匯總出現(xiàn)的問題并提供解決方案
-及時匯報不能解決的問題,提交上級決策
-其他客戶服務(wù)部門的日常業(yè)務(wù)管理。
Requirements:
-Age 30-35, Bachelor's degree, major in electronic and mechanical engineering
-At least 5 years related working experience in related industry, experience of manufacturing is preferred
-At least 3 years experience on team management
-Familiar with cyclo, gear box and motor is an advantage
-Excellent communication skills and a team-work player
-Good command of both written and spoken Japanese or English,Japanese is preferred
-Proficient at Microsoft operations
-Can work under pressure and frequent travel is a must
