Server Management - AIX Administrator:
服務(wù)器管理 - AIX 系統(tǒng)管理員

The major responsibilities:
主要的工作職責(zé)：
- Technical Services position encompasses Service Delivery, Delivery Operations and includes:
技術(shù)服務(wù)崗位提供服務(wù)的技術(shù)支持，運行，包括：
- Administer central and/or distributed computer systems.
管理集中式和分布式的計算機系統(tǒng)
- Assist in problems identification related to product / service installation update configuration operations performance or other aspects of information technology products & services.
協(xié)助判定在產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)安裝，更新，配置，運行性能方面的問題，或其他IT產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的問題
- Suggests and/or implements solutions to resolve problems & ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
提供建議或?qū)嵤┓桨竵斫鉀Q問題，以及保證高度的客戶滿意度
- Interfaces with 3rd party support vendors for problem resolution.
協(xié)同第三方供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行問題解決
- Assist in implementation & maintenance of the business recovery plan & procedures for minor systems.

- Supports the coordination of the processing environments

Required
•        Associate's Degree/College Diploma
•        At least 1 year experience in Unix System Administration, Unix - AIX 5.3, HACMP and pSeries hardware
•        English: Basic knowledge
•        Japanese: Fluent

Preferred
•        Bachelor's Degree

Additional information
Requirements:
1. Familiar with AIX/Unix platform
2. Problem solving / trouble-shooting / lateral & analytical thinking
3. Written / verbal communication in Japanese
4. Basic English
