Required Skills

Responsibilities
- Define client requirement on Data Center solutions/ Intelligent Building.
- Work as proposal team leader to collect client requirement and develop Data Center solution, including design and implementation of Intelligent Building, Data Center and factory infrastructure.
- Develop Intelligent Building and Data Center service proposal.
- Involve in project implementation period to ensure the delivery quality.

Job Description
1. Solution design job role is a kind of pre-sale position in IBM Global Technology Services (GTS). Specifically we are looking for a solution design with major skill on strategic business continuity, security compliance or cloud and ITSM etc.
2. Closely and actively work with sales team to respond to customer’s IT requirements. Pre-actively communicate with customers to understand their needs and wants.
3. Comply with IBM’s solution design process to work out quality solution with competitive cost, clear IBM value proposition and functional differentiation.
4. Best utilize IBM intellectual assets in the solution design process to achieve the premium quality.
5. Develop new offering and do the packaging.
6. Actively support marketing events to generate more opportunities.
Required Skills
1. At least 8 years working experiences in IT industry, and 5 years experiences in Enterprise Services Domain.
2. Good knowledge and experiences any one of the areas - ITSM, SOA, DR, Security, Cloud et.
3. Be familiar with IBM products like P series/ DS series storage/Tivoli software.
4. Participated project engagement or delivery like complex SI, security, business continuity, ITSM etc.
5. Prefer knowing major vendors’ s HA DR solutions like EMC, HP, Symantec etc.
6. Prefer knowing consulting methodology and having real delivery experiences.
5. Good communication skill both in English and Mandarin
