Location：Shanghai/Chongqing/Wuhan
General Summary
Work with a world-wide team to investigate and design workplace service technology; Develop and test new solution based on Microsoft products like SCCM, document related procedures, manuals, and test report. Ideal candidate need solid skills at software management, distribution, strong knowledge on Microsoft back office products, can work under pressure.
Job Description
* Involve plan and investigate technical solution
* Prepare technical design documentation for the solution
* Involve Build phase of the service/project, create installation, or operational guide
* Deploy the solution to development or customer environment.
* Work independently; Report to Project manager/technical manager closely; Keep good communication and relationship with foreign customers. Working availability, the candidate may need to hold conference call with US/EU customer at night.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Must have more than 5 year experience in large enterprise and focus on workplace service management service, desktop management or Message and Collaboration.
* Must have excellent documentation skills, excellent team interaction skills (English written and verbal collaboration during team working sessions).
* The qualified candidate must have ONE of following skills:
• 3-5 years experience on Sharepoint or
• 3-5 years experience on Enterprise Vault or
• 3-5 years experience on Zimbra[/b
* Candidate hold related certification (like MCSE) is a plus
* Good Team Player
