Job description
1. Solution design job role is a kind of pre-sale position in IBM Global Technology Services (GTS). Specifically we are looking for a solution design with major skill on security, network can be a plus.
2. Closely and actively work with sales team to respond to customer's IT requirements. Pre-actively communicate with customers to understand their needs and wants.
3. Comply with IBM's solution design process to work out quality solution with competitive cost, clear IBM value proposition and functional differentiation.
4. Best utilize IBM intellectual assets in the solution design process to achieve the premium quality.
5. Develop new offering and do the packaging.
6. Actively support marketing events to generate more opportunities.

Required skills:
1. More than 8 services years in IT services industry. It's preferred to have experience to serve in leading global or China leading companies.
2. Familiar with the solutions of security consulting, enterprise security architecture design, IAM, SIEM etc.
3. Have led or participated large security project delivery.
4. Good knowledge of network will be a plus.
5. Good communication and presentation skill.
6. Fluent in English writing and speaking.
  
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 4 years experience in IT security business such as security consulting, security solution design, managed security services etc.
English: Intermediate
Chinese simplified: Fluent
  
  
Preferred
Certified in CISSP, CSP, ISO27001 LA

Job Responsibilities
Technical consultation on data center services, focusing on power and cooling of client’s data center, power supply and planning for IT equipments.

Required Skills
1) 5+ years of working experience in data center facility and IT infrastructure consulting & implementation.
2) Familiar with international Electrical Code, TIA/EIA etc
3) Experience on electric measurement and meter
4) Experience and knowledge on UPS and PDU, and 3 phase power supply
5) Functions as electrical system technical expert
6) Knowledge on HVAC technology and data centers cooling
7) Good knowledge on electric power of IT equipments, such as servers and storages
Experience on hardware installation and configuration of IT equipment
9) Knowledge on power and cooling of IT equipments
10) Experience on technical support or consulting
11) Domestic and international travel as needed
12) Ability to handle multiple work tasks

Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher, major in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent;
- Excellent communication skill, fluent in both spoken and written English;
- Quick learner and self-motivated team player
- Have rich customer facing experience

Chinese language required and local market experience is required.
