一 Solution Developer(J2EE)
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
Work with the WW/local team leads to drive innovation during the full lifecycle of development
Responsible for the design, coding, unit testing, defect fix, etc
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
Qualification for this position:
At least 3 years software design and development experience.
Strong technical skills in Java/J2EE/Web applications, strong programming skills.
Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
Has strong interest for the new technologies and able to pickup quickly
Good cross-team communication skill and ability to drive to close
Good communication skills in both mandarin and English
Good team player, self-motivated, quick learner
Understand product design methodology
Experience with agile development is a plus
Familiar with IBM Tivoli Service Automation Manager is a strong plus
Familiar with IBM WBM Data Modeling is a plus
Familiar with IBM middleware is a plus
二 Software Developer
We are looking for solution developers, who will:
Work with WW/local teams to develop the solution by leveraging multiple IBM middlewares products and/or third parties products;
Work with the WW/local team leads to drive innovation during the full lifecycle of development;
Responsible for the design, coding, unit testing, defect fix, etc.
Job Requirement:
- Good communication skills in both mandarin and English;
- Good team player, self-motivated, quick learner.

Technical skills for experienced developers:

2) Deep debugging and problem solving skills, result analysis
3) Familiar with software development and software development process
4) Solid experience in multiple operating systems, such as AIX, IBM i, Linux, Windows
5) Experience in virtualization is a plus
