職位描述：
a.Typical jobs: (Business Consultant level or above, permanent)
i. Business requirement investigation and document writing
ii. Functional specification document writing
iii. Test planning, test case preparation, test execution
iv. Defect investigation and reporting
b. Location: Shenzhen/Beijing(preferred order)
c. Certification expected:
i. Bachelor or master degrees: financial/economic subjects/directions
d. Qualifications besides the experiences in the above typical jobs:
i. At least 2 years active/continuous working experience as BA role in credit card projects or in business departments in Credit Card Company of a bank.
ii. IT knowledge is a plus
iii. Fluent oral English and conversation
iv. People communication skill
v. Experience as trainer/mentor is a plus
e. Other requirements:
i. Could work overtime if necessary
ii. Capable of up to 90% travel (if location is not in Shenzhen)
