4.       Familiar with all admin related tasks: backup/recover, tuning, troubleshooting, adding patch

5.       Great English communication

6.       Onsite Consulting experience is very important

7.       Have knowledge of Oracle database administration

8.       Documentum experience is a plus

9.   Long time business trip in US side
