大家好，

我在找一位臨時的onsite的PHP工程師。大致要求和條件如下：

項目簡介：2個OA（工作流）軟件，一個是管理軟件開發(fā)過程中各種review（code review,document review）的，一個是管理開會產(chǎn)生的各種point的，這2個工具是關(guān)聯(lián)的（比如前者code review meeting產(chǎn)生的point由后者管理。我們提供詳細的Specification Requirements）。開發(fā)平臺是PHP/JAVA/Perl+MYSQL/PostgreSQL+Apache。


項目要求：符合軟件開發(fā)流程，必要文檔齊備。保證質(zhì)量和交期。
技術(shù)要求：熟練的，有經(jīng)驗的PHP/JAVA/Perl工程師。
外語要求：一定要能讀懂英文的Specification Requirement。如果能寫、能說就更好了
其他要求：團隊合作

工作時間：大概是5，6，7三個月。
工作地點：上海金橋，銀東大廈 (Alcatel-Lucent的亞太企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡研發(fā)中心)。最好onsite。
待遇：稅前9K/月

招聘流程大概是這樣：
1. 簡歷篩選，如果你有作品證明，此步驟也可大概省略。
2. 面談/電話+技術(shù)筆試（重要）+ 英文閱讀能力測試（可選）。不會超過2輪
3. 然后就進入HR流程（合同）。

OVERVIEW
We are seeking a short-term(3 Months) motivated professionals to help us develop the very important internal OA tools.
MISSION
        Work as the short-term Software engineer in Tools team, to develop internal OA tools.
        SW Engineer designs, develops, documents, tests and supports the OA software required by the projects.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
        Ensuring design, development and test of software into a global project
        Documenting his feature development via external specifications
        Documenting architecture and algorithm  implemented (Internal Specifications)
        Documenting internal interfaces, user guide
        Ensuring required quality level and lead time for his development
EXPERIENCE:
        3 Years experience in developing B/S application or distributed software solutions.

Mandatory
        Web Service Installation and Configuration
        Apache/Resin/Tomcat …
        Scripts:
        PHP /JSP, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript ...
        Graphic scripts skill(Zend…)
        Database
        MySQL / PostgreSQL Server installation and configuration skill

        LDAP authentication knowledge
        Network:
        Basic TCP/IP network knowledge
        Applications:
        Good skills in Microsoft Office usage: word ,excel, power point, VBA knowledge is a plus

是不是臨時人才比較難招呢？

onsite可議（部分時間onsite即可），待遇也可議。

要開發(fā)的web應用比較簡單，該職位比較適合處在工作間隙或希望能得到鍛煉的新手（有一定經(jīng)驗即可）

又要ONSITE又是臨時的。這個是矛盾的。

onsite是為了溝通方便，便于跟進。說白了就是不onsite不放心。

可以不必每天都onsite，在大的milestone點和需要協(xié)調(diào)的時候onsite即可，也就是說平均每周2個工作日onsite即可。

關(guān)于臨時，這個site有不少sw空缺職位，大概是voip,sip,嵌入技能什么的�？梢砸贿厪氖聀hp web開發(fā)，一邊能更好的了解其他事情，未必不是一個謀職的好方法。:wink:

沒有PHP經(jīng)驗。
現(xiàn)在是做java方面的web應用，數(shù)據(jù)庫一般使用Oracle或Sybase；web服務器一般使用Tomcat和Weblogic。

Java+tomcat也可以，數(shù)據(jù)庫Oracle或Sybase不可以。超出預算:wink:
(數(shù)據(jù)庫應該不是問題吧？)

opensolaris+Jboss+mysql ，完全免費的java服務系統(tǒng)

redhat linux + wasce/apache geronimo + mysql ，也是一套低費用的系統(tǒng)

高配就上 AIX+wasnd+db2 ，全IBM的，

lz要開發(fā)的屬于輕量級的系統(tǒng)吧

是非常輕量級的。

PHP+MySQL+Apache的是現(xiàn)成的環(huán)境。所以最優(yōu)先考慮。

其他free平臺也是可以的，但是要自己重新搭建。而且對我們來說意味著維護另外一套系統(tǒng)。當然這個問題可以克服。
