Job Title:Middleware support

Job description:

1. Roles & Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the daily operations of the integration platform/applications and ensure the platform/applications are running properly
Monitor the platform/applications and ensure availability and performance
Manage incidents, service requests, changes, problems and deployments
Coordinate with the users and other IT teams in global environment
Provide proactive application support, e.g. analyze reoccurring issues, identify potential issues/risks, propose or coordinate the solutions, etc.
Be responsible for patching and upgrading the tools of integration platform
Develop up-to-date documents and knowledge base on the platform and processes applied in integration area


2. Competences

Must:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in computer science, information technology or a related field of study
Good communication skills in English
Knowledge/experiences of WMQ (IBM WebSphere MQ) and WMB (IBM WebSphere Integration Bus – formally known as Message Broker)
Rational,Tivoli,Openstack,Db2,Linux,Aix,Bpm.
