Senior Java Engineer   
Job Description:   
Skills:   
Core Java developer with deep knowledge of threading, concurrency, and IO.   
Strong knowledge and experience with relational databases, SQL, and JDBC.   
Strong Object Oriented Analysis and Design skills.   
Passionate about engineering, security, scalability, and complex-system cost optimization.   
Expert knowledge of JVM internals, MySQL performance/optimization, and distributed systems.   
Motivated self-starter, able to be highly productive working alone or in a team. Must work well with limited supervision, capable of juggle multiple priorities, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.   
A good command of the English language, both spoken and written.   
        
Experience:   
Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or relevant education/experience.   
5+ years experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Architect specializing in backend, platform, or infrastructure development.   
Experience with designing, developing, and supporting external APIs based on REST.   
Experience with distributed caching tiers.   
Familiarity with queuing systems, asynchronous messaging, and JMS.J   

QA engineer
Job Description:
The ideal candidate demonstrates a systems-level focus, while understanding the impact of every component. You will design and execute end-to-end test planning of user requirements, use cases, and technical specifications. You will communicate with the project manager, developers, fellow QA engineers, and other interest groups, both in Beijing and in the Silicon Valley office.
Design, write, and execute test cases and test plans.
QA environment setup.
Continuous test coverage, maintenance, and improvement.
Functional and non-functional test execution, including performance, load, and scalability.
Implement automation test cases.
Functional and performance regression testing.
Product release sanity testing.
Provide initial investigation, reproducible steps, and more for L3 customer ticket support.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or relevant ducation/experience.
5+ years experience as a QA engineer.
Fundamental skills in java, Unix or Linux, performance testing tools such as jmeter.
Extensive knowledge of software/service testing and quality methodology.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Routinely demonstrates flexibility and is a highly-competent multi-tasker.
A good command of the English language, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities:                                                                       
Responsible for managing several talented engineering teams. You will be leading several talented engineering teams to:
--Continue enhance and improve existing Cloud products and services;
--As a key engineering leader to participate defining and implementing the division’s innovative and disruptive data protection cloud strategy that the market is hungry for.
_Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications and factors for success:
·         Currently holding a major IT company’s engineering director position or 3-4 years of engineering Sr. manager experience
·         BS, MS or PhD, Computer Science or similar
·         Proven record of leading and managing of big engineering teams; know how to train, mentor and grow talents
·         Proven record of leading successful major Cloud or Internet product releases; know how to identify and mitigate risks
·         Know how to define big picture and plan, yet down to earth and details in execution with well thought and systematic approaches.
·      Extensive and deep knowledge of main stream enterprise Cloud or internet development and QA lift cycle, methodologies, tools. Some mix of development and QA experience and background is a plus.
·         Experience and skills of at least one of the following is required: Cloud or similar technologies; distributed systems; high performance & high availability systems.  
·         Fluent English and Chinese communication skills; outstanding inter-person and influencing skills
·         Familiar with multi-site, multi-time-zone work environments
