崗位職責(zé)：
        Work through the remedy queues and package applications as per business requirement for citrix or other type of installation methods.
        Provision or deploy virtual desktops and installing applications as per business requirements
        Problem Management
        Provide improved availability and performance of assets by analyzing trends of historical incident data to remove root cause, and therefore reduce number of incidents impacting customers.
        Preventive Maintenance & Proactive Support
        Provide improved availability and performance of asset by completing daily, weekly and monthly defined maintenance tasks.

任職資格： 主要要求：
1.外企公司內(nèi)部的datacenter中，那一部分和歐美公司接觸較多語(yǔ)言不錯(cuò)的。
2.Citrix的金牌代理商中，平時(shí)接觸技術(shù)文檔較多，語(yǔ)言較好的。
       
1.Fluent English , able to speak, write , communicate, report and discuss to AU engineers in daily work
2.Certificate in Citrix Xen App/ Xen desktop will be added advantage
3.Familiar with common Business Applications i.e. Adobe, Symantec Antivirus, Internet browsers
4.Skill in support on XenApp 4.5 and 6.5, Citrix XenDesktop 5.5, Windows Server 2008/2003, Windows 7/XP
5.Familiar with Powershell and VB Script, XenApp profiling tool for streaming packages
