Job description
- Establish technical credibility with client staff and help shape solution vision for Cloud paradigm
- Cloud solutioning and estimates
- Mapping of requirements to offering
- Business case development, tapping into other skills as needed
- Asset reuse

Required Skill :
- Strong IT industry experiences and broad knowledge on IT infrastructure, 8+ years related working experience is a must
- Be familiar with IT infrastructure and have Solution Architect related experience.
- Passion for learning and innovation
- Passionate presentation and communication skills
- CIO /IT Director level understanding of Solution Architect and/or IT infrastructure in application
- Ability to quickly grasp strategic customer/partner business objectives and develop the vision, solution and execution plans to address these objectives
- Project /or People management experience is preferred.
- Subject Matter Expert on Cloud solutions
- Deep knowledge of IBM Offerings & Competitive landscape
- Strong foundation in Virtualization and Service Management
- Solid understanding of IBM Cloud Architecture and management platform
- Strong operational background /experience in Development /Test infrastructure
- Ability to use a consultative approach to determine where Development & Test - Cloud computing should be implemented, how and where can be implemented first
- Ability to present IBM cloud strategy and solutions to business and IT executives
- Ability to drive IT architectural discussion (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS)
- Be able to demonstrate consultative services selling experience, including financial, business and industry insight skills
- Ability to take a leadership role in certain client scenarios
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to identify right opportunities to pursue, build solution across multiple brands, qualify and engage appropriate IBM resources
- Conduct effective client calls, demonstrate negotiation skills
- Experienced in long term opportunity development and progression
- Credibility with management team, account teams and brands
- Knowledge of IBM resources and how to leverage to get things done
- Strong teamwork that results in positive influence on driving projects and projects and complex opportunities to closure
- Drive region-wide programs & initiative. Assist in building Business Partner Plan for their georgraphy
- Mentor / enable sellers and Business Partners.
  
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 8 years experience in IT industry and broad knowledge on IT infrastructure
At least 5 years experience in  IT infrastructure and Solution Architect
English: Fluent
Chinese simplified: Fluent
  
  
Preferred
At least 3 years experience in Project /or People management experience
At least 2 years experience in Subject Matter Expert on Cloud solutions
