求助--奇怪的vmtools安裝錯誤

奇怪的vmtools安裝錯誤，vmware server 1.06   rhel5.4 想裝VMware Tools的時候報“WARNING: You cannot install the VMware Tools package until the guest operating system is running. If your guest operating system is not running, choose Cancel and install the VMware Tools package later.”


點install繼續(xù)


[root@rac1 vmware-tools-distrib]# ./vmware-install.pl
A previous installation of VMware software has been detected.

The previous installation was made by the tar installer (version 3).

Keeping the tar3 installer database format.

Error: Unable to execute "/usr/bin/vmware-uninstall-tools.pl.

[root@rac1 vmware-tools-distrib]#

./vmware-install.pl   這個命令怎么運行失敗呢？？

這是因為你已經(jīng)通過圖形方式安裝了。

運行/usr/bin/vmware-config-tools.pl進行配置

沒有這文件。是不是在別的地方配置。
[root@rac1 ~]# cd /usr/bin
[root@rac1 bin]# vmware-config-tools.pl
-bash: vmware-config-tools.pl: command not found
[root@rac1 bin]# pwd
/usr/bin
[root@rac1 bin]# find .  -name "vm*"
./vmstat
[root@rac1 bin]#
