Candidates Requirements:
1. R&D PASS CLASS 2+
2. Education background: master or above.
3. Major in: telecommunication, computer science, or related
4. 3+ years software development and design experience in large scale telecom products.
5. Good skills in C/C++. Strong experience in real-time OS such as VxWorks/Linux.
6. Strong basic knowledge on communication theory, GSM/WCDMA/LTE. Familiar with wireless Base station system
7. Strong problem solving skills in product development, board and field testing.
8. Experience in Agile development method is a plus.
9. Language ability: English fluent in both written and oral
10. Other requirements: Capability to adapt rapidly in a challenging job environment; team work capabilities

Job Description:
The MS RF BTS Development Engineer, as a key member of software development team, is intend to implement competitive RF products for 2G(GSM), 3G(WCDMA) and 4G(LTE) wireless access network. The work scope includes a wide range of design, coding and testing BTS software on real time OS for multiple generation technologies (GSM/WCDMA/LTE). On project need, the candidate needs to learn GSM/WCDMA/LTE system architecture knowledge, as well as related detail OAM and call processing functions in BTS. The candidate needs to implement and deliver new features on time and support problem solving for worldwide customer sites.
