pro*c 復雜語句報錯

小弟初學PROC,遇到個問題，求解決阿
select a*(select value from t_b where key='a') from t_a;
pro*c是這樣寫的:
EXEC SQL DECLARE pr_cur CURSOR FOR
      SELECT rs * (SELECT value FROM t_map  WHERE key='a')
      FROM t_a;

這句話在SQLDEVELOPER里面運行正確，在PROC里面就報錯：
