Job Position: SAP Specialist
Department: IT
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle and participate in projects/small order processing which are related to planning ,production , and quality management
• Determine local business requirements, develop and manage the specifications (define requirements or help define specifications, priority…) for plant related requirement
• Daily supports/troubleshooting for APAC plants in SAP applications.
• User regular training, manuals creation for all SAP application and guidelines.
• Coordinate the materials maintenance process to ensure the high quality of material master data, and harmonize the common material maintenance across plants
• Communicate and coordinate SAP PTC application issues with the Business Relationship Management in Germany
• Develop and implement service level management agreements on SAP process for all production related functions and modules
• Support new functions onsite by bridging the knowledge gap for new users and central implementation team.
• Continuous business process improvement
• Monitor SAP users’ authorization and coordinate to create roles for new business.
• New functionality testing and introduction.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor Degree in information system and information management qualification
• Over 2 years working experience as a SAP related job in manufacturing
• Good commands of SAP PP, QM modules
• Sound business understanding, good analytical skills.
• Good English skills for user requirements, telephone consulting, email, training, and end user documentations.
• User-oriented and process-oriented thinking
• Project Management experience
• Team spirit
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility and mobility
