EBS Product Manager (Japanese-speaking)ProductDevelopment
DESCRIPTION:
Thisposition focuses on Japan EBS add-on localization product, works closely withJSRC (Japan Solution Readiness Center) and India development team, response SRraised by customer and help developer fix bug / Enhancement quickly.
KEYOBJECTIVE:
1. Actas the Product Manager, to be responsible and accountable for providing indepth localization product knowledge and support to all related parties.
2. Design and validate Product localization requirement and solutions,including advanced product concepts, customer business relevance and futureproduct direction.
3. Maintain expertise in the latest base product offerings, including latesttechnologies and industry trends and provide competitive strengths and weaknesses.
SPECIFICRESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Follow up SR (Service Request) raised by customers.
2. Confirm and reproduce SR issue and file bug if it is a bug.
3. Work with development team to get bug fixed.
4. Implement regression test for bug / Enhancement according to test case.
5. Review and verify bug / Enhancement fixed by developer and deliver patch tocustomer.
6. Update or make product setup document and user guide in Japanese.
7. Participate in readiness document in Japanese.
RELEVANTEXPERIENCE and TRAINING:
1. BSor MS degree.
2. 3+ years of EBS implementation or solution experiences.
3. Familiar with in functionalities and business processes of Financial orSupply Chain Management on Oracle EBS.
4. Have the knowledge of localization product, be able to design and validateproduct localization requirements and solutions.
5. Japanese JLPT3 above, reading and written skill, be able to write businessdocuments.
6. English CET-6 above, written and verbal skill.
7. Good communication and trouble shooting skill.
8. Highly motivated and good team player.
9. Product support experience is a big plus.
10. Project management experience is a plus.
11. Design or technical experience is a plus.

ERP senior Engineer (for Japan Project) ProductDevelopment
Responsibilities: To make EBS localization and customizationdevelopment work based on Market requirement.
2. Follow Oracle development process to make EBS related developmentwork.
3. Review JP requirement documents and write design documents inJapanese/English
4. Be the expert for the Applications products being worked on.
5. Ensure that project teams remain well connected with appropriatecounterparts in OARDC and NOKK, business and product groups and otherorganizations as appropriate. Qualifications: Good command of foreign language skill inboth Japanese and English, capable of reading/writing technicaldocuments.
2. BS or MS in Computer, Business, Industry Engineering or OperationsResearch.
3. Solid development experience of Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Java.
4. ERP development experience is preferred.
5. Experience on Oracle Applications development, Oracle developer Suite(Forms, Reports, J Developer) is preferred.
6. Functional experience in any of the following areas is preferred:Financials, Discrete or Process Manufacturing, HRMS/Payroll, Supply Chain andProject Management etc;
7. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships of trust and mutualrespect across the company and with any external partners.
