1，Title: Principal Software Engineer- unix C++
Responsibilities  
Works with little or no supervision.  Is able to take general direction and formulate specific tasks to accomplish the desired end result.
Responsible for the design, development and implementation of complete software components.
Anticipates problems and future technical needs and takes necessary corrective steps to ensure they are addressed.
Is looked upon to offer direction, guidance and mentoring to lesser skilled individuals on the team.  
Completes analysis, development and/or maintenance of highly complex, undefined tasks.  
May act as team lead or technical lead for a large portion of or an entire project.  
Designs, develops and maintains high-quality code for highly complex components in a given product.
May assist in setting technical product direction by analyzing industry trends, competitive information and product requirements.  
Has the ability to work on, prioritize and manage multiple assignments and projects.  
  
Qualifications  
Strong C/C++ programming skills
Familiar with software development process
Development experience on Windows, Linux and Solaris platforms
Good team player and can lead
Fluent English communication
Minimal bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 7-9 years
Storage software development experience is a plus
Software performance tuning experience is a plus

2，Sr Software Engineer- C/C++ & Scripts  
Responsibility
•    Develop backend system application on Unix/Windows
•    Participate in architecture, design, development, testing and maintenance
•    Provide mentoring to junior engineers
•    Has the ability to work on, prioritize and manage multiple assignments and projects.  

Qualifications  
•    Good team player and can lead
•    5+ of hands-on Experience in C++ on either Unix/Linux or Windows platform, both is preferred, solid understanding of multi-threading and synchronization, data structure, algorithm, networking, STL(standard template library)
•    Familiar with software development life cycle and TDD development model
•    Knowledge of scripting languages (Shell scripting, Ruby, Python, etc), has the ability to use scripts to automate routine work.
•    Excellent written and oral communication skill in English
•    Bachelors degree in Computer Science or in related field, MS preferred
•    Storage/Database/Backup software development experience is a plus
•    Software performance tuning experience is a plus

Title: SQA Engineer/Sr SQA Engineer  主要要求：

•    Actively participate in the QA process through requirements analysis, test plan development, risk analysis/control, test results/report summarization.
•    Mentor Junior engineers.

Qualifications -  SQA
•    3-5 years of QA or related experiences.
•    Strong knowledge on Unix\Linux system systems administration.
•    Solid skills on Perl\Shell scripts.
•    Strong knowledge on storage or Database ( Oracle, DB2, Sybase)
•    Must be action oriented, should have the capability to take challenging tasks with innovative solutions.
•    Should have the capability to take actions under high pressure and deliver the commitments on time with high enthusiasm.
•    Have quick learning skill and be able to adapt to new domains smoothly;
•    Have skilled communication on both oral/hearing/handwriting in English/Chinese.
•    Team work spirit is must.
•    Bachelor or higher degree is required, MS degree is a plus.
