System administrator:
Key Points: Fluent English, experience of Solaris, Linux/ UNIX server.
Basic Salary: 200K to 220K plus 12% bonus
Based in SHRESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting of networks and servers associated with product development and maintenance activities   Prevailing system environments as well as familiarity with related subject matter such as programming, storage management and ITIL concepts Collaborating with cross-functional organization and take on leadership responsibility for certain team efforts

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE      

Technical expertise in all aspects of managing Solaris and Linux servers including NIS/NIS+, NFS, Automounter, netgroup, Network and kernel configurations Strong problem and situational troubleshooting capabilities and experience with shell scripting and process automation Ability to effectively influence other and willingness to be influenced by others Ability to author clear documentation to facilitate global consistency. Can translate requests / information into personal action items
• Ability to make high-impact decisions in a cross-functional teaming environment, provide leadership resulting in positive feedback from others. Ability to effectively lead or participate in cross-functional projects

ITP Software  Developer
Requires knowledge in one or more of the following protocols: MTP3, SCCP, MAP,SIGTRAN, ISUP, SCTP . Strong UNIX, C (or C++) programming experience is essential. Participate on a project team of engineers involved in development of software for Cisco products, that may include any of the following list of responsibilities

Write design specifications and functional specifications. Design, develop, enhance and maintain system software
in
a UNIX / Solaris development environment. Write, port and maintain firmware and diagnostics for embedded controller designs. Follow standard design and implantation processes and procedures. Develops well-defined software modules. Perform well-defined unit, product level integration, and dev tests. Write portions of test plans.
• Debug sections of the subsystem.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

MSEE/CS combined with 1- 4
years of related experience, or BSEE/CS combined with 2-
5 years related experience.
Experience in developing internetworking applications in a UNIX / Solaris development environment. Understand underlying networking technology of the related projects. Ability to solve routine problems at the module or multiple module level, based on knowledge of debugging and testing concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication, team and people skills.
Proficiency with test equipment.

1-4, 2-5，看小的一端，不多嘛。有些經(jīng)驗是重疊的，可能有一兩年你做的事同時增長兩種經(jīng)驗

呵呵，練一下啊。英語是個坎，需要的只是個門檻，進了外企就有環(huán)境，再提高就比較快了。
