服務(wù)器無(wú)緣無(wú)故自動(dòng)關(guān)機(jī)了,人工啟動(dòng)后運(yùn)行了3天又沒(méi)有問(wèn)題,不知道問(wèn)題所在啊,高手幫忙看下吧

機(jī)房是恒溫環(huán)境,應(yīng)該不可能是溫度過(guò)高吧,而且也沒(méi)看到相關(guān)的溫度報(bào)警信息

電源不應(yīng)該是冗余的嘛,因?yàn)槭请p電源,還是兩個(gè)電源都有問(wèn)題,有什么辦法檢測(cè)電源嘛

根據(jù)你的關(guān)機(jī)日志,機(jī)器從04年4月開(kāi)始服役,都9年了,加上之前的日志提取分析,肯定是電源出問(wèn)題啦。

至于是哪個(gè)電源壞了,這要進(jìn)機(jī)房搞硬件分析啦,反復(fù)插拔其中的一個(gè),或者2個(gè)干脆全換掉。

當(dāng)然也極有可能是電源的某一個(gè)部分壞掉了,比如風(fēng)扇不轉(zhuǎn)了,導(dǎo)致溫度過(guò)高,然后機(jī)器罷工。

好辦法,反復(fù)撥一個(gè)power ,可以測(cè)試出。

Hp的診斷結(jié)果是:I check the getsysinfo and crashinfo ,  all three time reboot caused by mc/sg toc or manual toc , it had nothing to do with MCA recently.

 

As you knew cu told you there was networking issue in Aug. ( caused mc/sg toc).   The same as that time in July.

這個(gè)dump無(wú)效的,另外HP給你的答復(fù)說(shuō)是MC/SG觸發(fā)的TOC,和硬件無(wú)關(guān)的(所以才建議你修改參數(shù))。
